so do what i just did but on the home pc instead of the laptop ?

To which ever computer you want to play on.

There are a couple more things you can try.

1) Disable Origin In-game.

2) Run the games "as Administrator". That can cure player to player connection issues (for a reason not understood by me).

3) Re install Bibber's Fixed launchers. Origin Update might remove them. That is more likely to stop you getting online altogether though.

 

So i got the game off origin so would the game still work if i disabled origin ingame also how does one go about that ? run game as admin ill try that and thridly the other day me and paddy downloaded the bibber launch and it stopped us from even getting into the gaming lobby cause of the backend sever error so we undid that by going into origin and updating game and it uninstalled bibbers launcher then the game was letting us back in the lobby

sorry to double post but i just tried just now to run as admin same old story failed to connect with paddy ninja

and the bibber launch stuffed up the whole connecting to the gaming servers all together the other day so i was force to uninstall it to even get into the lobbies

as for disabling origin in-game if you could tell me how i can try that :/

Right. That is very strange. I want you to re-install Bibber's launchers then try to start the game and get online. Then please post your error log; see How to Report Issues for instructions.

So i reinstalled the launcher got the backend server error stuff but here is what i think is the report log

I couldn't open the game at all after installing the launcher.

Yes. You need to run the launcher "as Administrator". That is what the log says. Please try that.

I'm sorry but we both are and again, i'm not able to open the game and Deathcobra is unable log in receiving Backend error.

Solution 3 (C&C3 & RA3): Go into Origin, click the game (in this case either C&C3 or RA3), click the "i" button to the left of "play", click "Game Properties" and check the box "Disable Origin in game for this game" and then launch RA3 or C&C3 via the normal C&C:Online method.

Okay so we just tried that didn't work the only change we noticed was in stead of us both getting failed connection in the game lobby i would stay on attempting connection while his would switch between failed and attempting every few minutes so the issue still stands :(

Hi ToxicShock and or team, I was wondering if this will be dealt with in another date due to the negative results of the troubleshooting/potential fixes?

We've tried pretty much everything now, which usually means that somebody has not done one of the things they say or think they have done. You two probably have different problems so please would you both try to log in again and get the time that you did that and the nick names you were using and then both of you post your error logs (see How to Report Issues).
