C&C online Error installation not found

Hello everyone I am just steeping in for the first time in online c&c generals I have been playing it for a long time but offline mode. So i did a little research to play it online when i installed everyhting like gen tool and c&C online when i click on zero hour it shows the error: zero hour installation not found. I am using the non- origin version game. Help me please.
