Thank you for your prompt response. I have attached screenshots of the error messages I receive when opening the launcher's desktop application. All of these messages are bypassed when I use the hooked method. I also appologise for having to blur the backgroun but there are many private and personal files.

Ok, thank you. How long will that take?

This is happening to me as well. When I try to sign in, it just says 'Could not connect to backend server'. I am using Red Alert 3 which I installed from a CD - not downloaded. It normally works but now there is some sort of issue.
