ok apparently I had to faf around in the ea app clicking on my profile and redeeming codes section then came back right clicked and it gave option to finally allow me to left click on the square with 3 dots and see "view properties" and see the game serial
Could you be more specific on what you did? I'm experiencing the same issue and can't get my CD-KEY to appear in the app.
