Cannot open options.exe in 8.2. I get the following message:

Unhandled exception in script

Failed to execute script 'AotROptions due to unhandled exception: 'charmap' codec can't decode byte 0x81 in position 5923: character maps to <undefined>

The 8.2 launcher works fine and the mod is playable but I also get the same message when I try to open the 8.3 update. So currently only the 8.2 update is playable, but not its options.exe and neither the 8.3 launcher.
