red alert 3 is saying unable to connect to backend server

i have this problem its a simple fix
1.open cnc:online
2 go to hook click RA3
3. launch RA3 normaly (i.e through steam or orgin etc)
4. cnc online should pop up again then clicking on ra3 from there it should launch
