Hi, same here:
using Steam version of RA3 and CnC Online launcher (not hooked) both as normal user and as admin. Both cases RA3 launches, but when logging in, it says connection to backend server failed.
The NAT test tool says everything is ok.
When I use hook, game doesn't start at all.
