Have you tried running it as administrator?
Thank you, but it was not the problem. So I tried again differently, I copy/pasted all data in a fresh GOG install (because of the registry) of Commandos 2, except the DATA*.PCK files, and now it works! Thank you a lot, it is good to see it wide screen. But sadly the mouse is very slow, and continues its movements even when I stop. So the game is not very playable. Anyone has had such problem?
I saw similar problems with the official HD version on Steam, the solution was to add a `-refresh 30` argument to the launcher, but here it doesn't work. Any idea?

Hello ! First thank you for all the work you do here for this wonderful game.
I try playing this last HD version released less than a month ago. But nothing appears. Is there something that should be done before starting (after extracting the files)?
I noticed for example that the files DATA.PCK and DATA2.PCK are empty files, but replacing them with the original files gives no better result.
I extracted the English Language.rar file but it doesn't give more success.
Is there somewhere a way to debug what is happening?
In ddraw.ini I see references to d3d9, but on my system I see that my version of DirectX and Direct 3D is 12.
The process stops without any message. The return code is 0.
Thank you!
