I´m sorry I thought you are informed of this giant and annoying bug. Because of this Bug you are able to attack quite often than you are usually able to. For every click you do the Goblinking or Arwen... Nazgul (on foot) attack their enemies. It´s annoying cuz those heroes can attack faster than it is actually possible.


That would be in their weapon coding. Try playing with the attack delays and such to try to match them with their animations.

I went a different route altogether and got the desired effect I wanted by changing the type of damage in the damage nugget to that similar to the Morgul Blade. Will definitely be checking into what you have discussed though, it looked quite interesting. Thanks.

it is because the arrow itself is another object. try adding that oclnugget to the warhead thigy specified in the weapon code instead of the actual weapon


My apologies, I should have said that it was in the coding for the warhead. The damage is done at the impact location, but the OCL still originates from the firing location. For now I'm trying to see if I can use the effects from the Morgul Blade to get the effect I want and am getting mixed results. They die and spawn Barrow Wights, but they aren't acting quite right and die way to soon in relation to the timer for them.

I wonder if the DRAW block has an end to it. Usually when I get this error, it's a typo. The code block has to have the End at the end of the block. Could possibly that simple.

Update: Walked a friend through this on his pc and got it to work, so something is wrong with my install of the game. Thanx for the advice Rob38, and the fact that you got it to work as well. Will try again with another fresh install.

Do have another question though. Has anyone figured out how to use the color settings the CAH has so you can have like blue wizards and white wizard after you convert them to a normal hero.

I figured something was fishy when I got it to wok and you couldn't. Glad I could help. As for your next question,
I'm unsure if you can or not. I haven't messed with CAH a whole lot so I don't know. In a last case scenario, you can
recolor the skins manually from the art files.


That's what we're doing at the moment, but would be nice if you could do it like the game does when you create a CAH. The only class of CAH I really use this on is the wizard class so as to have a distinction between good and evil wizards.
