Should you experience difficulties during the installation of the T3A:O client for BFME2, please use this topic to ask for support.

Questions should be formulated CLEARLY and CONSTRUCTIVELY, and describe the issue in detail.

 

At the very least, include the following:

 

- What kind of error do you get?

- What game version are you using?

- What operating system are you using? (Windows 8, Vista, etc)

------------------ FREQUENT ISSUES ------------------

 

If you are having difficulty getting the server to work and you are using the patch switcher:

 

Solution: Download the updated Patch Switcher from here.

 

If you are having an issue starting the game because you get an error saying the wrong CD is inserted:

 

Solution: Go to the BFME2 installation folder (Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Battle for Middle-earth™ II) Right click lotrbfme2.exe, Properties -> compatibility -> Change Settings for all users -> tick out the compatibility mode.

I cant download the T3A: Online patch 1.06. (Im using Windows 8 and Google Chrome). When I click on the download button here: http://t3aonline.net/bfme2/ I just get a blank, white side and it doesnt say anything.
