I'm trying to make a WW2 mod of original Generals but need some help if anyone is i...

My name is Mike and my partner and I in a computer systems class are making a WW2 mod of the original Command and Conquer Generals. Although I am still quite novice with the .INI files and such, I know some of the basics and am looking to expand my knowledge of the material. So far, all I've done in the class is taken out more modern units like helicopters and such. Recently I've been playing around with making a heavy bomber that "carpet bombs" across a target. So I guess I'll start there:

I have not yet changed any skins for partner is doing most of the artwork so, as of now, my Aurora bomber moves much slower, but has more armor and drops 6 bombs. However, the bombs drop too slow for my taste and drop horizontally. I made a different locomotor for the plane, which I called the B2Locomotor because that was the only bomber-name I could think of at the time. I also recreated the AuroraBomb object in the Weapon.INI file, calling it the B2Bomb, oddly enough.

This is just one small adjustment of many that I plan to do with the code for the game. So, if anyone would like to help me out with the "carpet-bombing" stuff or with bits and pieces of the entire project, any help would greatly be appreciated.

If anyone is interested in the entire project, I have no disagreement to this becoming habitual. I am free for questions, tips, advice, or anything of the sort through my e-mail:

Once again, thanks for any interest or help with the project and if it becomes serious enough, and good enough, I have no problem putting it on the web for others to play (as long as someone shows me how first).

Thanks, Mike :p
