shrubs into trees?

like the title says, i'm looking for a way to make the game think that a shrub is actually a tree; probably by way of a map.ini. if anybody knows of a way to do this and would share it, i'd be very thankful. thanks in advance for your help. included below is a pic of the shrub(s) i wanna change. (click the pic to enlarge it)
