Disregard this, I've got everything working just fine. I do have vista, which was what caused the problems, but I got them sorted out.

When it was archived it was done mods/phoenix_rising_space, so when you extracted it in the "mods" directory already created, you got mods/mods/phoenix_rising_space. Just cut the phoenix_rising_space directory and move it in the first "mods" directory.
Read the above editted post please.

*EDIT*
I understand why it's doing this. Since I have Vista, I have a Program Files(x86). So when it trys to open it, theres no program files. I'd try to right click the shortcut but it freezes when I do. All I have to do is change the path so that it goes to Program Files(x86). Which I can't do. I tried to reinstall to the Program File folder, but it won't allow me. I dunno what to do anymore.
*EDIT 2*
I just got it to install to the Program Files folder. Let's see what happens.
