I have no .xmlf files in downloaded zip folder, only .exe, so i can't launch it using xcc mod launcher

Epsilon 2: I capture the 2 cloning vats, but i can't destroy the base on the hill (with the nuclear reactor and at back with the war factory and industrial plant). My Yuri's have all died and i can't pass the tesla towers (destroyed all reactors on the island with rocked, ONLY nuclear reactor remains which are out of my krakens range). Restart and try to protect my Yuri's?
i think better is firstly to destroy everything you can by your navy (use soviet dreadnought - it is hidden somewhere in the sea)
then, when there remains only few rhino tanks, drones and a few power-off testa coils, you should use Yuri's clones, and, mind-controlling soviet tanks, destroy the last
ps when your dreadnought will be promoted by a star, it'll be able to reach lots of enemy objects including nuke reactor

I really can not finish last epsilon mission((( i've tried to pass it different ways, but anyway it doesn't finish

epsilon mission 8
firstly - do not attack soviets untill you are ready, and you won't be attacked at all (at least on easy level)
build your base; when building radar and powerplants, build them far from your war factory. do not mindhaze war factory. but it will be useful (for future) to mindhaze radar and at least one powerplant.
built lots of UFO's and, if want, one repair disc. in fact you won't need any other units.
yeah, and to the right there is an oil derrick, it will be useful to capture it.
when finished building base, sell the conyard - you won't need it, but you'll get one technician (white man looking like Einstein)
order him to go left from your base and you will find abandoned Kirov, capture it. it's much better decision than using psi-adept, because if you loose adept, you loose Kirov, and in my way Kirov is forever mine.
then sell everything exept warfactory, powerplant and radar. move land units away from radar.
then attack.
having 10-15 UFO's will be enough i think.
move them to the upper left corner, if meeting Apocalypse - better destroy firstly.
in that corner there are soviet powerplants. power off them by UFO's, then start destroying everything you can.
Soviets will send you a little nuclear gift (it will destroy war factory) and all their troops will run to your base. do not worry)
when finished destroying everything and everyone with UFO's, invite Kirov to join you.
And - I was defending the radar with powerplant because it is very difficult and uncomfortable to navigate without it.

scan the sea
destroy 2 Yuri's naval yards
guard your squid, you will need him
scan the right shore (squids can detect shadows) - there are some shadow tanks
whet get reinforsements - send empty Hover Transports to explore the territory. soonly they will be destroyed)
destroy everything you can by Krakens. then explore again (you can use magnetrons) and destroy once more))
when you'll have clear shore without units, barracs, Railgun Tower etc., build your base.
as usual - you won't need any infantry.
when built UFO's, power off Yuri's base (there are lots of his powerplants nearby)
you'll need one or two Hovers (i put there masterminds) and at least one squid; move them to the right corner, far away from shores.
when you have enough UFOs, just go and destroy the MO device. before it you can sell everything (that's sad watching somebody destroying your base). Yuri will send everything to attack you and will sell everything (his buildings etc.)
when destroyes everything you can see with UFOs, take squid and scan again, then get masterminds - to look for shadow tanks, guard mastermind with UFOs.
