The captcha needs to be updated on the site. My friend tried making an account but the captcha is not working because it says it needs to be updated with a more recent version

I cant connect to origin cac ultimate collection games.

 All of the games in the Ultimate Edition do not work. I have tried it with some other C&C games that are disk and on Steam that I have. I try hooking the games but that does not work either. Whenever I tried to log into Generals, Zero Hour, Red Alert 3, Tiberium wars, and Kane's Wrath it would not log me in. I am currently using Windows 10. 

 

I have the log from Ra3 on steam here

I have been able to use cac online for RA3 on steam, but was not able to use it for any of my origin games. 



Is there something I'm doing wrong?
