MO 1.2 First allied mission power station bug

Sorry if this has been posted before, but has there been found a solution to fix the allied campaign progression bug in the very first mission where you have to capture the power plants?


DDRAW.DLL error

Running Windows 7 64 bit.

 

Directx and all drivers are updated, the file "ddraw.dll" is located in System32 directory.

 

I am getting this error just before the match (not the game) loads 100 %. It ocours only if the NPSE 0022 is installed. So what is the problem?

 

How can i uninstall NPSE? I don't see that there would be an uninstaller.
