Basically, considering that the Orcs did ultimately lose most battles, the odds can't have been that much in their favour if a relatively few number of reinforcements can seriously and significantly put the odds in the Men's favour.

If that were true the Free Peoples wouldn't be too concerned about having to destroy the Ring, they could have just hidden it away, but no they had to destroy it because whether Sauron got the Ring back or not he was going to win through numbers and LARGE armies, everyone knew this, hence the idea to destroy the Ring.

I did! I like that idea, makes sense. It would make any Isengard player think twice about just loading up on pikemen.

Well that wouldn't be too practical for a cavalry battalion in a charge, they would want spears to skewer their foes, however if the rohirrim had a toggle weapon ability then, I agree they should have different weapons.

Well surprisingly enough EA actually took care of that, but only on high detail, they did only brown and white horses (probably because they were too lazy to do anymore, but coincidentally most of the black horses in Rohan were stolen).

Well that's why you change it (if you can, I'm sure it's possible) so when he ranks up his hitpoints and attack don't go up, just accuracy. As a catapult commander gets more experienced he doesn't make the catapult launch a bigger rock or anything, he just knows how to use the catapult better than a fresh captain. By the way, is it possible to make it so the trebuchets would only go up five levels instead of ten?
