Absolutely agree, perhaps as an end of season atrocity or something however I'd be happy with the idea of an omnipresent Empire, a feeling of their informants everywhere and a ruthless crackdown on people stepping out of line, or just give me the Star Wars version of Firefly.

Just don't let George Lucas loose with his CGI fest and directing by numbers.

My hope for the live action franchise is based on the fact GL won't be writing the scripts. With some good writers with repect for the original trilogy it could be fantastic. Anything in a similar vein to Firefly would be superb. It would be good if it got down to the little man again and appearances of Jedi and the like VERY rare to return their mystery, wonder and reverence. It would also be good if the Empire were seen in a much more effective way rather than the bumbing fools who couldn't shoot straight.

This has clearly taken a phenomenal amount of work from all of you. It looks so different to all the other mods due to your dedicated staff and your attention to detail. It has also proved a serious work due to it's longevity rather than someone farting around in XMLs adding a few units as so many others. I've not played EAW for ages (years?) but when this is released I'll have to dig it out again. Thank you all for sharing your labour of love with us.
