killing Romanov *BEEP BEEP* "proselyte!... eh, we didn't need him anyway. now capture the TOPOL's" or "You've created a time paradox!". or make it an achievement should such a thing ever be implemented.

Okay, how about a flying support vehicle for all Foehn? a defensive support that deploys similarly to the old vulture or the older siege chopper. but instead, it lands and deploys into a support station. equipped with a single repair beam turret for vehicles but also a healing radius for infantry. not as potent the huntress's grey goo cloud of healing but still heals all friendlies around it. this would help your knightframes going up against rocketeer and gyrocopter swarms. since those units seem better suited for dealing with such units and jets. Teratorns and Shrikes have good firepower but their delay makes them less useful against such units. so this support unit in a way can give you an alternate anti air option through the use of Knightframes. possibly give all nearby infantry a neat little firepower boost since the unit can carry ammunition to the front, your soldiers can be more generous with the additional firepower.
Since i love Foehn infantry so i would love to see more supporting options for Foehn infantry. (and to keep them alive longer since they are an investment compared to other infantry)
Or you can add those features to the SODAR Array carrier instead for extra utility.

Suggestion: Is it possible to separate Repair I.F.V.'s and Stingers when using the "Select units of same type" key? so when you Select All "armed" I.F.V.'s and Stingers it excludes the repair vehicles. and vice versa.
And is it possible to make those repair vehicles on alert by automatically seeking out damaged friendly vehicles like how the Soviet Repair Drone works?
In Topic: Poll: Favorite New Stolen Tech Unit?
19 February 2017 - 02:46 AM
Alright now having played with all the stolen tech units. (usually on normal AI with Mental boost, here are my thoughts)
Quickshifter: a very fun unit. my favorite happens to be it's weapons though. furthering their field of chrono weaponary. it's Aegis style missile battery that shoots out missiles al la Itano Circus at a constant stream is not only destructive but sure as hell fun to watch.
Lionheart: something i have trouble with using in general. though it's weapon certainly packs a punch and gives my own units that breather after EMPing the Soviet tank blob. also comparatively durable so it can take some flak or Catastrophe tank rocket to drop it's payload so that is good. long reload time though. also i like the adventurous English sounding pilot. "LIONHEART TO THE RESCUE!"
Chrono Prison: "IT'S NOT TOO LATE, TO RE-EVALUATE!" i love the voice on this thing. sounds like something from a judge dredd style comical dystopia. that said, i love the concept of a tank stealer but my biggest problem right now is figuring out its firing delay. more novelty then powerful though. best used against Tyrants and Colossus, but also good at snatching a Gehenna Platform. to bad they can still be mind controlled
Future Tank Alpha: a rolling Neutralizer that can go toe-to-toe with the Heaviest of Foehn's armour. pretty much an Allied Apocalypse Tank (without the Anti-Air) overall a very solid unit and always make it an objective to steal their tech before going in for the assault/
Grumble: Honestly it's far too specialized compared to all the other stolen tech units. but on the other hand it pretty much renders enemy Barracudas useless so no need to worry about Barracuda strikes so it does what it's supposed to. also i like how it's the only stolen unit based off a real life vehicle.
Apocalypse Tank: Good ol' Apocalypse Tank. i love this unit's quotes like i always did. main cannons good against everything and it can slaughter Kirovs pretty well. also a bit of that Chinese Propaganda Overlord from Generals with its healing Aura is a great addition. a very solid unit worth stealing.
Syckle: "DON'T UNDERESTIMATE THE SYCKLE" honestly the most fun of all the stolen tech units. it's super fast, powerful weapon, can iron curtain itself. watching a small group of Scykles melt down a horde of Brutes and Bloaticks into puddles never gets old. . and its iron curtain makes it pretty good scout for inside enemy bases. 12/10 would steal!
infact, there should be a mission where you take a command group of Syckles to take out hordes of Epsilon infantry from attacking a base. and using iron curtains to charge through defenses. Syckle Patrol!
also its funny when an escaping syckle has an Archer ARO chasing it across the map.
Iron Dragon: "FEAR IS NOT WHAT THEY OWE ME" a very good unit against Foehn forces at artillary ranges but perhaps it has the best voice of all the stolen tech units. maybe in the entire game. it just absolutely foreboding and oozes with malice. i want to steal the Iron Dragon just to hear the voice.
Scavenger: for one, its bigger then it looks. sadly unless you are playing with more then 2 players, you wont get to see all the configurations of the scavenger. still a pretty solid unit. i do like its' appearance. it looks more like a mining vehicle of some sort.
Wormqueen: best example of Epsilon stolen tech units giving the enemy a "Taste of their own medicine". the Wormqueen is pretty much a Super Tyrant designed to give the Soviets nightmares. "but muh tesla weapons!" cries Russia as their overcharged Tesla Cruisers are rendered useless against them. pretty fun.
Dybbuk-S: tricky to use. honestly had not much experience useing this thing. it needs to manually select a target but my Dybbuk-S's keep getting shot down after catching an enemy. even far from their base. not much for me to say right now. though i do like how the Dybbuk S description pretty much gave up trying to explain it's backstory.
Salamander: the ultimate trolling machine. not only does it look better then it's TibTwilight ancestor. Bunch of ARO Itano Circus batteries is against all units and a confusion ray that not even infantry are safe. though i wonder what is the best way to counter them? all i can think of is base defenses.
Phantasm MLRS: basically a far better sweeper. much like the Mirage Tank, but can attack way more targets then just being a dedicated tank destroyer. also i like the rather foppish sounding voice. a very good vehicle to have on defense locations then moving in for the kill once the base is breached.
Seitaad Ballista. a lot like the Future Tank Alpha. i love the nanofibre weapon leaving behind a "web" on the enemy. and it's secondary EMP weapon. not much to say other then it's a total tankbuster.
Archleon. Well... an unusual stolen tech vehicle. an amphibious invisible infantry hunter. sounds good against an enemy that that can infantry spam like no other. but maybe the best application for it is a nanocloud dispenser. pretty much healing your infantry and is far more reliable then the Huntress. useless on vehicles.
Ramwagon: a mobile neutralizer like the Future Tank Alpha. but surprisingly fast and can disable structures with an AoE pulse. tough but need to be properly supported. pretty fun.
In Conclusion: probably the unit that combines fun and effectiveness (with a bit of gimmick) of course would be the Syckle! in the words of the Chinese nuke general Tao "MELT! EVERYTHING MUST MELT!". send them into a powered down enemy base to a crowded cloning vat and watch em all turn into orange puddles. melt down tanks. sure they cant melt buildings but wont be a problem for your tanks if you melt down everything else. and that they deserve their own mission involving a strike team of Syckles!
Runner up would be the Iron Dragon. Great, menacing voice pack, powerful and rather unique weapon that can tear apart anything that moves. (but not that which cannot move like structures)
Honorable Mentions:
Best Allies stolen unit: Quickshifter
Best Epsilon stolen unit: Salamander
Best Foehn Stolen unit. Seitaad Ballista

hey as long as it works. it would be continuous as it's a passive ability as long as the Reprocessor is still on the field with power. also it's not as powerful as the nanocharge in healing per seconds. alternatively it could just buff the armour of your units instead.
