Have you tried digging up my old post about the launcher?? There is some helpful info in there about just this particular bug, Mainly that somewhere there's a leftover file that's interfering with the launcher......

I'm not sure if this has been brought up, but the Cyber and Infantry generals' infantry aren't up to the same quality as the other generals, also some of the toxin generals infantry. Cyber generals don't share the same quality as the infantry of the other USA generals, also the Minigunner's weapon needs a major overhaul, But I'd rather have Contra 008 before better infantry.....

Compatibility mode doesn't work for all games, In fact with klingon academy it fucks it up to the point that you can't play it...
