Hi,

I recently downloaded the CnC Ultimate collections package from Origin and I've been trying out a couple of them games, to start with there was an issue getting on to Generals & Zero Hour online but that was resolved thanks to tech support help on here.

Kane's Wrath - I'm having trouble connecting, 'I keep getting the Cannot connect to backend server' message each time I try to login. If I was entering the wrong details it would tell me that the account was not found or there was an correct password right?

It asks for -

EA account name - (Far as I know I don't have one, unless that is my CnC Online login)

Server Account login - I know that one

Password - I assume that's the same one I use for CnC Online

I use Windows 8.1 and I've downloaded Gentool, so I'm not sure where to go from here. I just thought if my Gen/ZH worked fine then CnC3/KW would also work.

I recently downloaded the collection pack from Origin, and I installed CnC Generals + Zero Hour, I'm having trouble logging in Online. I keep getting the message 'Could not connect to Generals online' I'm not very computer savvy but I wonder if anyone could help.
