Improve of the NPatch SE 0022
There is a few very important sides to improve of the NPatch SE 0022.
1） If it meet cannon shot in the range of itself, fighter can initiative attack air units(setup the AACombat=yes).
2） Fighter need improve on flying-off and landing mode, for enhance effect.
3） Fighter can increase one or two trailer, such as MIG Fight
