Here is a list of some of the problems in allied 9 - Scarlet Twilight
1. There is a pyschic interruptor near the epsilon con. yard and I think there are cloaked floating discs, a master-mind near the magnetron east of the con. yard and shadow tanks at the shores.
2. The Genetic Mutator is very fast to get activated.
3. The Starflares rushing to destroy your power plants.
4. The attack dogs running to eat your infantry.
5. The gravellers coming to blow your base up.
6. The Psychic Dominator.
What I did here was to destroy the epsilon base near the shore including the cloaked ones and the other cloaked structures near the other naval shipyard in the west , you can spare the con. yard or some if you want to capture it. I waited until the dominator is activated, it will target your destroyers so keep a look at the countdown and damage the destroyers until red so when they get dominated they won't become a PITA. as soon as the P. Dominator is activated build your base. It would be better to build the allied tech tree first as you would need the spy sattelite. I read from the past discussions that you should train a dog and the mutator would just kill the dog. Train engineers if you'll capture the spared epsilon structures and GGI's. They will be your first defense against the starflares, UFO and some rushing units but be sure to put them in a safe place or they'll get eaten by attack dogs i.e. pillbox,sentry gun, bunker etc. Beware also of the gravellers as they are very powerful against buildings, infantry or units are immune and to i'ts earthquake so take advantage of that , I think they will come from the east and west and are limited in number. Be sure to scatter your infantry and units before the mutator and dominator is activated.If you we're able to survive the rush attacks and you have a stable defense then it's your turn to attack or you could rush them too whle building your base but it's a bit risky. Your target should be "how to put him in a low power situation". After that all should be easy now except looking for every unit in the map. I hope this helps and sorry for my bad english.
I little help in Allied 8- Devoted I'm using v2.0 Build PSI and my spy can't infiltrate the reactor or any structure. According to the news, this was already fixed in the v2.0PSI patch 1 but I can't dowload it.

Finished soviet and epsilon missions at last. Epsilon 3,7,9 was a PITA! Soviet 8 and 9 was frustrating. For me Epsilon campaign is the easiest and allied is the hardest and is it me or is the Epsilon base in Soviet 9 different from the one in Allied 9.

Why is the spy not working in v2.0 build PSI? I can't finish allied 8 because of the spy not being able to infiltrate the reactor.
