Recap : Before GameSpy closure, that kind of issues were already happening @ any platforms 70% caused by registration/activation missing.
- Try to register with EReg.exe (located in TW folder in Support folder -or make a research inside tw)
- Try to register with origin (with origin and/or on internet (like this)

- Other odd solution is www.pogo.com (wich appear many time as a solution like the others) (i wouldn't try this)

Ofc all that shouldn't help you, since it's now on Revora but there is a small chance that a missing activation/registration can cause origin to block any transmission.
Also i have read somewhere that the DRM on origin for KW have been updated but TW not, thats why there is that kind of issues where KW works but not TW


If you want to know if your problem is Origin related, please install a legitimate TW RETAIL CD version, found in any good icecream shop..

We know there is a large part of the community that is waiting only for custom maps (even me i missing it) but acting like i will say kids (don't be offenced), you won't have the feature more quickly, you are just going to annoy the staff, and this is not as easy as you think, i am new to the staff, but i have already saw peoples 'cracking' meaning they just want to surrender and give up the work because of many reason, don't add new reason to them. We are people like you, that have to live too, focusing and giving too much attention in a thing can break in chain many others things. Patience is the best vertue you can have.

 

Seriously now stop trying to invente any excuse to post, for that you all good, but coming to say hey i could play some games without any issues, great, keep the work up guys you doing amazing job, na that no one can or only few.. I have tested all the games at different time, i have been able to play without too much problems depending from day to days, more or less, but i still have been able to get fun easily even i dont know how to play generals/zh and ra3. And for kw, i find it pretty stable compared to last issues, server sometime down, but quickly back usually, be happy with what u still have, this could be so worst, don't anger me and you know i am hard to get into that state, stop getting down the thing. Where is the guy i saw that was writing guide on knew website to help people hum? yes you vejazzle.. (by our friendship over all these 4v4, i really ask you to be patience, you know me good right? you even remember how much fun we got when i got my wife [Leela] playing a little too)

Maybe i am fool, but i have faith in revora, i didnt joined the team (maybe realllyyyyyyyyyy in late) to see the troops getting moral-spirit down (that affect me too and every man that is devoted) and i am happy gamespy is down, we now have a better "governor"

Rushing a feature is non-sense. I know well the dev environment, you want a buggy software? me not!

 

Let give it his neccesary time to be builded correctly. This is enough of rushed softwares/games plenty of bug and issues that need patch over patch. If only it have been builded and tested correctly the first time, they won't need update.

Again everyone forgot this service have been rushed to satisfy people on gamespy closure, and you see what happened, all the issues recently could have been avoided if people would have accepted to test this service BEFORE gamespy closure.

Don't worry bro, this is planned, this is writed somewhere on the forum, they told stats and co will be added. But actually, stability is more important than all the rest, it would be stupid to add custom map right now if you can't play correctly.

 

You don't tune a car wich have an injection gazoline problem to the huge v12 7.0L 850hp motor right? You repair and next when it's all good, you add the stuffs you wanted in like the nitro(do we really need it?^^), still right?

 

Without the nature of compiled 1.02+ map pack, we would be playing standard 1.02 version.. kw is lucky in these hard time.

The only thing community can do is spread people about 1.02+ and play the new predator 4v4 map wich is highly a better reworked version of reymama garden (that have been done on community demand)

Less stress on devs plz.. They wont work good if everyone is asking after something, It's a wasting time for them to answer all the time same things. Be happy of this decent alternative

Every missing parts will be added i am sure, just wait, one by one and seriously. They alrdy rushed the server to get it online for the gamespy shutdown. They have said, missing part will be added asap..

 

I think everyone is forgetting how much bad others alternative are..
