Even I couldn't install the Assault Mappack. It says: "Yuri's Revenge is not installed!" (RA2 patch 1.006, YR patch 1.001, NPatch SE 0022, not pirated copy).
Chitzkoi: Soviet infiltrates Soviet Battle Lab
Volkov: infiltrate Allied Tech Center, Soviet Battle Lab and Epsilon Research Lab
Decimator: have both Allied and Epsilon War Factories (not sure about infiltration)
Apollo Drone and Phalanx Tank: don't know though in a match I was able to build them.
I think other units are just crate-only. Also, where is the rulesmd.ini file of MO ?
