Hey guys whenever me and my freind try to loging to BFME 1 online we both get the same error were it says The specific account or subaccount name wasent found. do any of you know what needs to be done to fix it

Crashes on launch

Hey whenever i launch bfme2 through T3A launcher i get the error message "The Battle for Middel-earth stopped working" and then it closes and i have no idea what the problem could be?
