Help With Medic

Hi there, Im relatively new to this forums and I kinda need alot of help. This is my first post asking for help, anything that is disallowed please reply and hopefully help me please.

Well, I download this model or SHP of this medic, I can make it appear in game, primary weapon is Heal. Which is a default weapon in the game. But when I try to use it to heal my GIs or something, it shows a Red Sign, implying not allowed or something, and I spam click at it. The red attack line appears but the medic doesnt do anything. I used a medic in a mod once that had this special cursor and stuff. I copied many of the rulesmd stuff for the medic from the engineer and changed the stuff that I think I need to. Can someone teach me how to create a medic or even better find me a tutorial. I tried DeeZire online but I could barely find anything with so many dead links that cannot load. Not my fault, it just shows another bunch of words there. Artmd entries are also helpful. My medic SHP has a total of 1012 frames and the 1st frame to 253rd Frame.
