So, in the battle of Minas Tirith, you choose one of those armies for the battle? Looking at the campaign code, it doesn't look like any reinforcements are available in the mission.

AI in the maps do not develop, such as Helm's Deep, Isengard, Edoras, possibly fix this? :D
