Cool stuff
One suggestion (besides the green line):
It would look better if you get rid of the standard button shape and simply use just text instead (maybe "handwritten" styled)

In Topic: St0l3n_ID's ModWriter for BfMe

Gil Galdads tools... well.. i once tested the FX Creation stuff, great thing but very buggy... The unit creator was never released and the other stuff is nice but very basic code editing...
Example: GilGalad wrote a tool to delete Comments, Modwriter has a Refractor-Method which reads the whole ini-File and writes it without comments and nice layout, a example:
http://pastebin.com/mK1ydPjc
Also there are filtering methods, the results of these can be found in the data source package i've uploaded here yesterday (link in first post)

As said in my first post, i want to cover all inis in the final version (not in the first realse but in the final..), so the "Faction Creator" functionality wont be necessary in modwriter
I like gilgalads work, and it was his work, and the work from some other modding programmers which pushed me to create my own project for BfMe...

About modeling and visual appearance:
Modwriter is planned to be a IDE for replacing CODING bfme mods, also with automaticly creating mod bigs etc (working on this right now), actually theres no plan doing such "animation-scripting" stuff which creates w3d files..
If u want better possibilities in animating, get 3ds max, it has something called "biped" (similar to bones but showing human skeleton behavior), this biped stuff can be convertet in Renx to a normal w3d animation for BfMe.
Also theres a member in our community (modding union de) which works on some w3d tools, but i cant say if and when the release of this tools will be...

The object Maker wont be a modeling thing, it will be much more something like a empty sheet where u can write in the abilitys of the unit via drag'n drop etc. also u'll be able to create mappedimages and commandsets in it, there will be a disply of the actual object button and palantir and so on...

About the descriptions/tooltips on the behaviors:
I'll include descriptions for the most common parameters and Behaviors, but think about this:
There are 217 behaviors with about 1000 parameters + all weaponparameters and so on, if i would have the intention to name and explain each of those... it would take me years for tool-tips only...
This is also the reason for creating a flexible layout which is modable, I hope that you guys will take those xml files and create user edited layouts or simply add descriptions ( the xml syntax is very simple so there isnt really much u have to know about programming)

Next video will come very soon, till then i'll be happy about more opinions^^
