Hey, I cannot connect to players anymore. I've been using VPN because I am living on-campus and my university seems to block port-forwarding. its been working great but now, every time I try connect to a player it says "trying to connect to external internet provider", few seconds later it says "waiting for response" and then I get a notification saying "unable to connect" I did try a different vpn server and also through my phone. It seems even when trying to use my phone's data, I get the same issue. And as mentioned, while connected to my home-router, I cannot go online at all due to university's stupid firewall. 

Anyway, can anyone help??? much appreciated! 
 

I already tried re-installing gentool and cleaning registry with ccleaner. also gameranger works perfectly fine!
