You're kinda wrong. Yuri want to lure the Soviets to prevent from attacking the Mental Omega Device in case the Allied Forces failed to do so, as he know by the time the Allies failed to win he won't had much time to recover as the Soviets will just clean the rest of the Epsilon in Antarctica. Hence he applied to the use of RUSE.

The title of the final Soviet Mission is something I don't want to interpret at the moment, who knows what it was.

I'm aware, that Yuri just wanted to drag the Soviets to Moscow to distract them from Antarctica, but my point was, that he doesn't really care about destroying enemy armies. Probably, this wasn't even his real plan all along. The Epsilon is on the run all over the planet, just like the Brotherhood of Nod in TW, according to Kane's plan. BTW, the "Death's Hand" is mentioned in debriefing of "Conqueror", perhaps its construction was the reason to start the entire war.(obtaining the Topols) But who knows, what it is?

You may have a point, that Yuri doesn't care that much about Moscow right now, but on the other hand, there is still mysterious "Death's Hand" based on Topol-M design. Right now it appears that Yuri's gambit was similar to Kane's one in C&C 3. He hadn't intended to actually win the war, but to... well, what, actually? Weaken Allies and Soviets enough? Steal tech necessary to complete his "Tower"?

Is it just me, who is wondered about Soviet(and to an extent Allied) recent victories? Before Juggernaut, they claimed, that they need China to defeat Yuri, but now, they are rolling forward and getting only stronger. Of course, the cyborg tech is useful, but still, shouldn't Russians and Latins be severely outnumbered? They just switched from "barely alive" to "almost unstoppable" despite tremendous casualties during first half of War and Chinese campaign.A bunch of cyborg and EMP couldn't make such a difference. Allies victories on the other hand, are understandable, since they have Paradox Engine and the Chronosphere, but they should also be low on manpower.

Umm, actually, the "Paranoia" indicates, that Latin Confedaration got overrun too. Besides, Yuri's Epsilon made advances not only in SSRs themselves, but in Soviet-occupied Europe as well(Italy, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Romania, Spain, France even). The S.S.A is seemingly Soviet current base of operations, thanks to the Chicago Amplifier, keeping Epsilon forces pinned down there. So, this is their only source of reinforcements, and they have to deal with army possesing mind control and cloning technology. Even with those Cyborgs, turning the tide is quite impressive.

It's somewhat incredible to me, that, despite losing half an army and homeland, waging small civil war against Chinese, the Soviets are still able to push forward and even prepare to grand siege of Moscow. On the other hand, the Allied victories are also very impressive. Seemingly, the "Yuri's tower" is his only chance to victory...
