Connection Issue

Game: The Ultimate Collection - Kane's Wrath 

Game version: 1.02

Platform: Origin 

OS: Windows 10, 64-bit

 

Hi,

 

I recently brought a new laptop and I'm starting again with my software. I have downloaded and installed the Origin version of The Ultimate Collection and want to start playing Kane's Wrath online again. I have installed C&C:Online (v2.0.7) and already know the necessary login details.  

 

I have 2 problems.

 

1. Where is the log file? 

 

2. When attempting to login I receive the following message "Could not connect to backend server".

 

Any help would be appreciated.
