well.. the only tutorials you can get on that question is the ones provided on xcc utils homepage.. but; you can take a mod that comes with "xcc exe" aka mod launcher, open it with xcc and see the form in xcc how the mod is assambled. btw.. if you can't launch the mod, try "options/report", it contains some usefull info about "missing files" in your mod, as there shouldn't be anything wrong about the mod saving format, but with the files itself. if U can't use *.xmlf files they are corrupted or you're trying to open them with the wrong xcc utils version...

you have a mod called "Command and Conquer RELOADED" which has cameos, tiberium overlays and building shapes resized and pallete adjusted for use in RA2/YR... use the mixer from XCC utils and pack it into your mod.. you'll have some work to do as you need to adjust/rename image names(or art.ini/artmd.ini entrys) and CREDIT the autors if you plan to release the mod x))
