If you go to the Tools and Tutorials section on Commandoshq.net you will see there is already a map editor for BEL.
Anyway we still need one for Commandos 2.

Man, I owe you a Hummel filled with beer.

This is a gold mine.Saved me hours of trial and error.
With this and [GMC]-GoA-{Phantom}'s tutorials, I should find out anything I need to know.
Still I don't know if the videos will answer all my questions above. We'll keep in touch.

You can always count on my knife.

Thanks everyone.
I now have the answers to these questions.

To anyone else I discovered about the merit issue.
In PARAGLOBAL.DAT you can change the importance of factors in the merit:

# Ponderaciones de los baremos para la puntuacion al final de mision (para el "Merit"):
( PONDERACION_DANO_RECIBIDO INT 1 )
( PONDERACION_BAJAS_ENEMIGAS INT 1 )
( PONDERACION_BAJAS_ENEMIGAS_SIN_DISPARAR INT 1 )
( PONDERACION_MEDIA_VECES_VISTO INT 1 )
( PONDERACION_TIEMPO_EMPLEADO INT 1 )
( PONDERACION_MEDIA_ENEMIGOS_AMORDAZADOS INT 1 )
( PONDERACION_MEDIA_OBJETIVOS_SECUNDARIOS_CONSEGUIDOS INT 1 )
( PONDERACION_ESCENARIOS_VISITADOS INT 1 )

Thanks for your help.
Over and out.

If you look at the decoded files, in the MISIONES folder you can see MISIONES.DAT.
Open it with a text editor and you can see the mission skip passwords for every difficulty [facil=easy/normal=normal/dificil=very hard]
The three specific passwords are under each missions "codename" [for example Target: Burma is BU/ Bridge over river Kwai is KW etc.]
If you take a look you will understand.

Maybe you can solve your issue by changing the passwords to some characters not available in-game. Google for ASCII table and copy-paste something from there.[use something like

®,

µ,

¿

etc.] ... http://www.ascii-code.com

Hope I solved your issue. If you have any further problems send me a private message.
