Hi! If Suladan will be similar to Salahuddin, I think maybe you can get some inspiration for Kathuphazgán from Alauddin Khilji's character from the movie 'Padmaavat'. Alauddin Khliji was a cruel and megalomaniac sultan of the Delhi Sultanate (something pre-Mughal Empire). Although it is a recent movie so I don't know what about the copyrights and I haven't too much reference picture about him.

I might make an exception for Krimpûl - the original Bolg design from The Hobbit was neat and there's a lot of concept art of the creation process available, so he might get based on those.
