Is there a way to make signal fire summon an army

for example if u capture the signal fire with gondor u can summon the rohirim with the signal fire from off the map after minutes, like WOTR when u bring to armies together in 1 land

hi

i need help in the upgrades

i make new units need blacksmith upgrade (level 2 or 3)

but in the game when i trying to train the unit i cant

i do the blacksmith upgrades but i cant train the unit
