Да, это нове нейтральное здание, захватив которое игрок сможет видеть окружающую местность в довольно большом радиусе.

Try to enable compaibility with Windows XP Service Pack 3 for generals.exe.
If it doesn't help, try to change the key for Zero Hour. Use Keygen to do. Launch DatGen one more time after that!
