Israel? I'm not even sure if Israel exist here... Even if, i don't think that such small, single country could be so important and powerful enough to justify being a subfaction. They would sooner be part of the Euro Alliance.

Similarly, Chaos Force would rather be part of the current Scorpion Cell, and there is nothing soviet in an Arabian side. Quite the contrary - an arabian side might have become part of the Allied forces instead.

Also, side-specific buffs are gone, and from Speeder's stance on them, i doubt they'll return. :p

Well,Israel are one freaking tough bunch kicking butt from 1948. They can,and do,handle a bunch of crazy armies come crashing at their door on their own,so I guess they can handle it easily.
The Arab before and in the 80s were normally on Soviet side because the Israelies are allies to the west whose enemy is Russia,so the enemy of my enemy is my friennd,the Arab did receive lots of aids from Communist countries so they are communist,just don't want to add a communist name on them.About chaos force,i will miss those guys. And the side-specific buffs should be more balance,not like apoc tank produce 20% faster,but some other more balance stuff like better map visibility,cheaper buildings etc along with disadvantage to balance stuff out

I think we should raise from 3 subfactions each side to 4.For example Allied will get Israel (We need a representative for the Allied in the Mid East),Soviet will get Arab kingdom(consist of Iraq and good old Gaddaffi's Libya) while the Epsilon should get all their factions like Psicorps,chaos force,scorpion cells and headquarter.Also,we should give each faction some unique abilities like last time.Here are some of mine ideas
Allies USA Hit and run All building cost 33% less time and ore to build but hitpoints reduce by 25 % (except for superweapons and cons yard)
European confederacy Green base All construction uses 50 % less energy and will function for 15 secs after losing power
Israel The wall of Israel All base defence will have 50 % (wall and gate will get 150 %) more hitpoints,all base defense like grand canon,prism tower,pillbox,patriot missile will get bonus 33 % for attack range,attack speed and attack damage.
Pacific front Kamikaze All aircraft,vehicles will try to get enemies in their maximum range before being destroyed,dealing damage to enemies.

USSR Five year plans Industrial plants can reduce 33 %-50 % of unit cost,it's price and power consumption reduce by 50 % and can be built after a war factory.All tanks hitpoints increase by 20 but slower 0.5
China Conscription All infantry reduces 20-33% of cost
Arab kingdom Nuclear powered all telsa reactor cost 10 % more and explode violently when destroy but increase power production to 100 % and add 50% hitpoints.
Latin Confederation Ambush All infantries are 1 points quicker

Headquarter Sneak attack All buildings are invisible,but cost 20 % more ore and 75 % more energy.

Story.
Yuri must still remember the day,drinking his tea from the golden Samovar,having world finest caviar while watching all hell break loose under his eyes.The Kirov airships took everyone by surprise,because noone expect that after world war 1,someone will try this idea again.And they were surprised to see these giant blimps pulverize all of Western world.But,even if these blimps are powerful,the Chinese are not particularly impressed.The war with the Pacific front proved the inferiority of these airship.Too slow and with no way to defend itself makes it easy target for the fame pilots and fighter of the Pacific front.This led to a new development of these blimps,called the Emperor.With new layers being add to this monster,they are even harder to destroy,even with the new Aeroblaze.And to counter enemy fighters,6 Dragon HMG prove a strong force to tackle enemy fighters. To demolish heavily fortified buildings,they are armed with the new DF41 nuclear warheads.These warheads are capable of knocking down infrastructure,leaving a field of radiation behind while the HMGs mow down anything that move.But,due to the heavy weight of the bombs and the complex procedure of producing it,the Emperor must return and rearm after each bombardment.They can be chased after by enemy plane but in critical situation,they can activate the hellburner,which is an experimental engine that will dramatically increase it's speed but will deal damage to the ship's frame,weakening it time to time.

Story
When the US started the space race,the Soviet wasn't any far away. Being tested vigorously,treated inhumanly,they were equipped with all strange device and most of them die before seeing the result.But,those who did survive,became Russia most respected men.They became celebrities,achieved ranks of generals,owned many houses,cars,girls.They were given special commands of the cosmonaut for space researching.But,when Yuri rolled into Kremlin gate,these Cosmonaut were put into the fight. Their heavy armor that used to protect them from space debris now play a vital part in ensuring their survival while their Telsa coils,taken from dead telsa troopers,prove deadly against infantry and tanks.And,due to the nature of electricity,the protons and electrons may have a chance to create a magnetic field,create an EMP effect for a while in some cases.But,these coils are not adapted to shoot air targets,making these troops vulnerable in dogfight and should be used as a support unit for friendlies around them

Story
After the triumphant Soviet victory,the USA was left in scramble.Their most valuable scientists and workers were killed,infrastructure reduced to rubble,no more free economy,only a Soviet-controlled heavy industry.Along with the resource rich Alaska and Western America under complete Soviet control,the US was short on supplies to fund their effort and base to process and refine these valuable ores. To compensate with the US constant-moving,hit and run guerrilla warfare,a base is not what the US needs,but moving structures to set up base for surprise ambushes and retreat when under attack through the heavily radiated wasteland.That's where the Grinder rolled in.
First develop by Freddy "Leather Face" Vorhee Myers,a Vahard graduate,this strange looking machine used to be some of the world finest tanks.He took an old,phased out Apocalypse tank from Third world war,equipped it with armor from Rhino tanks,Desolators and Iraqi Armadillo troops transport.The result,a monster with armor so thick that it can survive a direct nuclear blast while it's armor soak up all kind of radiation throw at it.On the other hand,it is mounted with a large ore crusher,so large that it was known to crush a battle fortress under it's tread. This ore crusher not only allow it to crush any vehicles,it can crush virtually anything from ore to buildings.Just don't crush infantry. Their small corpse can stick into some vital parts,leaving this heavy dude broken down on field.That's why it is armed with flamethrower to kill infantry before any accidents happen.Because it is to heavy ,it is decided that it should carry all refining jobs not transporting ore.With a giant refining system on deck,it can refine immediately on field,allowing the US to cut expense on ore refinery and more mobility.This also serve as another advantage,any terror drones or bombs stick to it will be crushed harmlessly.And,to add to their mobility,these giant dude are equipped to move through water,allow them to sneakily collect enemies ore,destroying their economy while also destroying anyone stupid enough to tackle with their thick armor.Due to their weight,they don't have any communication system on board.This prevents them from getting order unless directly in touch with other units.While on the fields,these guys tend to do things on their own because they have no way to contact HQ.This provide them with and excellent advantage,no electronic equipment means no way Yuri mind control troop can mind control them,or EMP weapon can disable them.They are also invisible to radar,making them a truly sneaky and effective collectors on field.Just remember their low speed,high cost and the inability to engage air target make them very vulnerable if not use wisely.

Story
The Americans maybe desperate,but that doesn't mean they stop producing some of the world most hi-tech weapons.The B-52 is the shining example of American air superiority and ingenuity. Made from old,but reliable cargo plane,these plane were upgraded in secret arsenal around US.Their engines were made from decommissioned Mig in the West,their wings and bodies are made from downed cargo plane,their frame and armor are made from downed Kirov.All others equipment were scavenged from any weapons the guerrillas can lay their hands on.After much testing,the B-52 starfortress was built.
The B-52 truly lived up to it's nickname,the "Starfortress". Outfit with heavy Kirov armor,these big guys are just a little bit lower in armor but have way more speed than a Kirov,making them hard to hit.Along with the new EMP technology called "Infector tank" that was scrapped by the Chinese and a lighter version of a gap generator,these planes create EMP field around them,jamming enemies radar,allow them to sneak up for a surprise while enemies AA got a hard time trying to shoot down these planes and any friendlies around them.This allow them to survive long enough to get in range,where they can unleash their Avenger missile that cause massive damage to enemies buildings.Anyone that did make it will soon burn to death when they are hit by the 23mm incendiary rounds.These guns are also proven very effective when engaging light vehicles,ships and aircrafts,allowing these flying monster to inflict a large deal of damage before losing their lives in a fierce dogfight.But,if any crew survive to fly another day,they will be equipped with a payload full of Tueronia toxin.Made from hazardous waste,uranium,fuel rod for eradicator and desolator along with some unknown substance,this can kill hundreds in no time,even kill everyone inside a tank or buildings,allowing friendlies to capture and provide more troops for the US army

Story
Asians are world famous for their intellectual and their abilities to develop some of the world most unorthodox weapons.The chrono tank is the answer.A cross-over between the North korean iron Dragon that the South koreans manage to smuggle to japan before the conquest of korea by China,along with the idea of the Iron curtain and the experimental Allied chrono tank,the Japanese has developed a strange but effective tank.In their compartment,they carry a small chronosphere device that allow this tank to teleport from area to area.This device also function as a shield generator,absorbing lots of damage before being taken down.Seems perfect,but due to the nature of the device and cut-loss procedure,this tank can be damaged for some time when using this equipment. So,these tanks mostly rely on their fast speed to attack enemy,only teleport for surprise attack. And when attack,power is drained from it's batteries,allow it to form a large,chrono power ball that can deal large damage to anything it hits by using time and space to cause rupture in enemies,making particle broke down and unleash a strong energy combustion that will destroy enemy vehicle and buildings.Just don't use these inaccurate,slow firing weapons on infantry because it won't be likely that this gun can hit their smaller but deadly opponents:infantry.

They are also taught to resist mind control from Epsilon force and detect others cloak units,making them the best infantry the West has to offer
