Hachiro Akemi (Genderbent Homura Akemi (without the Puella Magi powers but with flash stepping and gun expertise and time travel, she's also my avatar, look her up)

"som1butno1"/ GOE"

Hachiro Akemi is actually female in another MO timeline. Unlike her who uses her chrono-abilities to save people, Hachiro just wants to look at various battles in the past, present and future worldwide to increase his battle expertise.

But other than that, his personality is just like her female counterpart's.

Weapons: NEARLY EVERYTHING

Powers: Can 'flash step', chronoshift,

Weaknesses: Has a personal code not to interfere with factions, except when ordered by them

Soviet Spetsnaz (unique to Russia)
Cost:900 $
Speed: 6
Hitpoints:110
Armor:Flak
Prerequisite:Soviet Barracks, Soviet Palace
Purpose: Anti-Armor, Anti-Infantry, Anti-Air, Ambush000
Weapons: TE (Tesla-enhanced) Bullpup Rifle / High-Yield Tesla Grenades / TE "Frostbite" Grenade Launcher / Detonation Packs
Range 8 / 8 / 8 / 3

The best of the best. The men hand-picked and chosen by the Premier itself. The last line of defense that Mother Russia possesses. There are many official descriptions of the elite special purpose forces that is only deployed for ambush missions.

The Spetsnaz is what can be considered to be Russia's answer to the Allied Navy SEALS. They can wield bullpup rifles with bullets that shock the insides of enemy infantry, tesla-enhanced grenades that can make quick work of hostile vehicles, and a grenade launcher which is effective against aircraft. They have also received an arsenal upgrade by adding building-destroying detpacks.

However, this whole special force unit was, is and will always use flanking and ambushing tactics against enemy forces. They must NEVER be sent to the front lines, even if they seem to be purposed for assault missions.
EDIT:Jetpacks removed. :p BTW, I think jetpacks suit the Pacific Front better.

#938653 My thoughts on Mental Omega 3.0

Posted by someonebutnoone on 07 December 2013 - 07:11 AM

Oh, looks like someone else is a troper here...

Damn, the campaign is Nintendo Hard for newbies.
It's almost like I Wanna Be The Guy, RTS-version.
I know what you feel, OP. The Mental Omega universe has recently fascinated me, but the gameplay? >.>
