For some reason, when I tried to login with the C&C Online credentials to base Red Alert 3's online system (all hooked and launched through said hook), I've received the error: "This specified Online ID or account name is already in use. Please try using a different one."

However, no threads even mentioning my nickname are present on the forums (Minus the one in MO bug thread which is unrelated), didn't use GameSpy either. I only logged to C&C Online services before once, in Tiberium Wars. Is there anything we can do about it? If that matters, I use the Origin (Ultimate Collection) version, with patched launchers installed beforehand, running Windows 10 build 1903.
