Your issue is .NET related. I should really learn the version of .NET used by the launcher, but only Thear knows that.

How do I fix it?

I use Windows XP, is that a problem? Also, I don't know the .NET or C++ I have but tell me how to find out and I'll tell you.

I'm not sure if anyone else is having this but I've installed the mod but when I try and start the launcher I receive one of those error messages that say 'MOLauncher was forced to close unexpectedly' or something along those lines. You know. the ones that prompt you to send your problems to Microsoft.
