Either you installed to a different directory than the default or you are using a No-CD version of the game. Those are the most probable problems.

You only need the Reloaded files in the Reloaded folder. In the mod manager, it copies the files into the RA2 folder, and deletes them when you deactivate.

Yup, partitioning is my personal favorite. PowerQuest makes a pretty good partitioning program.

The nod side does attack very early also, and I find them sometimes hard to stop. Usually I employ the use of Viceroids. Those cyborgs are tough boy.
