Should the manual be issued as 1 or more Web pages? That's the one format that's guaranteed to be usable by all players, since they download the mod via their browsers.

Quick View doesn't show the pics. Wordpad shows the pics, but does not treat the Table of Contents as links. MS Word is fairly expensive.

Web pages would actually be easier to use than a Word doc because Word does not provide "Back" and "Forward" buttons (not even in "view as web page"), which would be handy for e.g going back to the Table of Contents for quick access to another section.

I was amazed when this happened and wondered if it had happened to anyone else.

Playing as Nexus against Freedom on map "Pacific Heights", I wanted to use the orbital laser to kill 2 nuclear power plants in order to deactivate FL's AA defence. The power plants were just a little too far apart for one laser hit to kill both, but there was a demo truck between them, so I aimed at that. FL had other demo trucks around their base, and the result was a cascade of explosions which wiped out all units in the base and all buildings except the Tech Centre and a few defences round the edges. The AI folded a few seconds later.

Does anyone else have a similar story?
