I think he wants to keep this one but needs a shorter login name.

I want to keep this (Vercingetorix TeeDiez) but an administrator to change the name Vercingetorix me because I can not change it.

is unaware that the logear a name had to be equal. you're going to use in online. 
I am a very old player kw and although many smurf use my main account is vercingetorix_b. logie problem fu me to this forum with my facebook account that has a long name. 
the second account was just to prove that it was not another problem. which prevented me enter the game.
