Cannot log in and manage my original Revora account, m8sVindies

Hi guys,

I have been informed that somebody is using my login, |m8s|Vindies, on the CNC-Online RA3 servers. I would like to log in to my Revora/CNC-Online account to change password but apparently it won't let me log in to m8sVindies that my RA3-user is created from. I am using correct password and I can log into the RA3-servers with it. Can it be locked on the Revora side of things? The email attached to this account is also not existing anymore as it is a very old work email

Can you help me getting access, please?
