Solved - The Specified account or subaccount name wasn't found

Hello,

hopefully someone can help with this error, nothing has changed my end, just clicked "log in" today as I do everyday and have received this error message. Could someone kindly look into it for me please?

SOLVED!

Turns out the login information is now case sensative, before it wasnt, guido didnt work but Guido does.
