This issue happened to me today when I try to connect to online. It says Fail to connect to server, Please check if you have active Internet Connection. However, I can still play last weekend but today, RA3,CNC3 Series, CCG Series,they all have this same issue. I'm in the same region with upstairs.

But there's also an interesting I found is that when I download games in Origin, It downloads smoothly - no errors report. It always says error code -4:302 before so I have to use safe mode to download.

Is there any connections between them two!?

 

Rule 1: don't use the C&C:Online launcher for Generals/Zero Hour. Unhook them if you have them hooked, install GenTool and run Gen/ZH normally.

OK, Thanks a lot. That's quite useful. However, one more question please. How to disable the "side bar" on the top and bottom which shows the information(look at the following pictures). I don't like the style of that. Is there any hot key to disable it!? 

 

Done it. Press Insert and adjust the sitting. But the Bar in the bottom still exsit.

Yeah. Same problem occured to me and my friends,too. That's quite annoying. Wishing  you could find the best solution ASAP!

I have the same problem with you while playing CNC3 & Ra3 series online.  Seldom can I connect to others to play the game That's annoying. A friend of mine suggested that  this could help(by deleting some dialogue in Options.ini) however it doesnt work at all. It's seems that this problem not only occured to me. :( :( :(
