I had a problem and have to re-down load the game.

My current screen names are: justwannaplay2, JACKPOT, and The-A-Team

would like to "reclaim" my current screen names so I can re-download game, please.

I was attempting to play C&C Generals online and when the map went to load, it kept faulting out. In the past, I would go and delete the map in my documents. This time,.. dumb me,.. I deleted the entire file. So now I got all the way out of the game and went to reload it and now it keeps saying I cant even load the game at all. Keeps saying check my internet connection. SO how do I reload the files into my documents so the game will work?

I have Windows 7, Comcast cable business internet. As I previously stated, I was actually on the game and ready to play, but when I went out of the game and tried getting back on, after deleting the C&C file out of my documents, and tried to relog into the game, it will no longer let me log in.

My original nickname is not working for C&C generals. It is The-A-Team. When I try to log on with it, it actually disconnects me from the server. None of my other screen names do that. My log in email is jmmate2000@yahoo.com

I believe someone is using my nickname. Everytime I try to log in, it gives me an error code about the name already being in existance.
