How do I download the fixed launchers? I clicked the link and it started downloading file only to then ask me which program to use to open it???

And I don't have the option to run as administrator when I right click.

I did solutions 2 for this and it still doesn't work. No installation found.

It couldn't open the "fixedlaunchers" file... what would I open that with if I selected from programs?

Solution 1... I don't get the option to run it as administrator - so not sure how to do that...
