you know, i never realy noticed that, but ofcource GLA don't have expensive builders, a need for powerplants or expesive starting units, so that ballances eachother out a bit. eventually you'll need to spend a good 10 to 20K$ more on normal dozers and powerplants for an USA or china general

it seems that they can gather with more the one because they only pick up $75, which takes less time then chinooks for their $600 or trucks for their $300 from what i've seen. and since when do the suplietrucks have a loading animation? only saw that yesterday. but since i am only a user of the modi don't know the specifics.

SWEET! Now i remember why i stick to this mod, shockwave might be cool and with generals challenges but now Contra 6 is here i can't wait to instal it instead of SW! this is going to be fun!

did the challenges make it into this release or has that been taken out for 007? not that it would matter with skirmish and online but i haven't read about it in a while

and this is the reason why i am still searching for my generals keycodes :thumbsupsmiley: (i got 2 books and both of em are lost somewhere in my piles of manuals and school stuf) to install them on a computer that can play crysis on medium at playable speeds.
at my current speed i should find them at the completion of contra 006.

oh and creator, what will be done with fake buildings???
demo can keep the detonators but for other generals i was thinking they could get a better function:
chemical: medium/large contamination field (switchable) as a good way to terminate roaches lurking inside your bases
stealth: tunnel entrance/ gla hole serves as exit
assault: garrisonable for infantry but still low health (they'll never see it comming!)

i mean fake buildings are good an all but they lose their function in online play, for stealth it is a bit odd if you can see an uncloaked base and for the other generals it's technicly a waste of space because they don't realy stop the enemy from targeting your real buildings, it just slows them down for a couple seconds, a small time advantige only effectve with a large wall of fake buildings.

and where can i find some ifo for the GLA monile rig?
sorry i just haven't been on this forum for some time.

ok I don't know if it is something but I personaly think it could be usefull for usa chinooks:
giving chinooks the ability to deploy NLOS LS boxe for $600

Price:$700
size: about the same sise as a demotrap
range: longrange, slightly less than sublevel 3 artillery
weapon: one standard missile able to target only ground units (launches verticaly)
damage: able to take out one normal tank with 3 or 4 hits
accuracy: hits vehicles but can miss infantry
buildtime: the same time as a demogeneral demotrap
builder: USA chinook (only lowlevel chinooks, no special chinooks)
armor: low, but twice the armor of a demotrap so a battlemaster can take it out in 4 or 5 hits, overlord can take it down with two hits

advantiges: quickly deployable to provide suport at frontline battles, assaults and basedefences
takes less space than a patriot so it can be places in a base to guard against droptroops or ambushes
when deployed in groups it can form a strong artillery defence structure
makes chinook more usefull
quick securing of suplie docks

disadvantiges: weak armor
relative high cost
ineffective against moving infantry
helpless against airplanes
a structure instead of a vehicle so it's firesupport in offencive ways is limited to location

I myself think it would do fine, and have you concidered that old suggestion of mine to make GLA fake buildings garrisonable?
